Harry Dodson’s turned to Glasshouse Digital because they simply wanted more from their digital marketing agency.

Increasing the volume and quality of leads, while providing a higher level of transparency on the account.

The Execution:

As part of the onboarding process for all clients, each client is set up with a marketing spreadsheet where at the start of every month, we reconcile the previous month. This enables our clients to see how much has been spent on any given month and whether there are any under/ overspends on the account. In addition to this, all clients receive weekly reporting on their digital campaigns. For Dodson’s, something as simple as this was a game-changer!

With regards to their digital marketing campaigns, the team at Glasshouse Digital generated a comprehensive list of PPC keywords based on attracting quality but more importantly profitable traffic to the website.

Further to the above, we built hyper-targeted ads that matched the ads with what prospective customers were looking for. This delivered almost perfect quality scores, but also significantly higher click-through rates.

Negative keywords were added, checked and are maintained on a regular basis to ensure our ads are only being triggered by relevant user traffic.

Bidding modifiers were added on high performing keywords to maintain maximum impression share & device categories.

The Results:

With the aim of matching the right message to the right target audience at the right time, Glasshouse Digital was able to drive the following results for Dodson's:

  1. Paid Search is the best performing channel, accounting for the majority of all enquiries generated on the website.

  2. 21% increase in the average click-through rate compared to when the previous digital marketing agency was running the campaigns for Dodson’s.

  3. 30% decrease in the average cost per click compared to when the previous digital agency was running the campaigns for Dodson’s.

  4. An average quality score of 9+ across 1,003 keywords currently in place.

We continue to run the digital marketing campaigns for Dodson’s and the campaigns continue to go from strength to strength.
